Guide vanes (flow guide shell): Fluid rectification and pressure conversion
Function: Collects the high-speed fluid ejected by the impeller, further converting the fluid's kinetic energy into pressure energy through flow channel design, while eliminating eddies and ensuring smooth fluid flow.
Synergistic effect: Prevents energy loss due to eddies under high pressure, ensuring stable pressure transmission to the straight pipe and providing uniform high-pressure fluid to the nozzles.
Straight pipe: Pressure maintenance and directional delivery
Function: Serves as a high-pressure fluid delivery channel, maintaining fluid pressure (reducing pressure loss along the flow path) and directionally delivering the fluid to the nozzles.
Synergistic Effect: Sufficient pressure resistance is required to prevent deformation or leakage under high pressure, ensuring the fluid reaches the nozzle at a stable pressure.
Nozzle: The final application actuator.
Function: Transforms high-pressure fluid through a specific shaped outlet (e.g., round orifice, fan-shaped orifice, atomizing orifice) into a jet stream, atomized particles, or a specific fluid profile.
Synergistic Effect: The final fluid profile is determined by application requirements; its orifice diameter and structure must match the pressure and flow rate provided by preceding components to achieve optimal results.
