Introduction
The combination of "elbow + impeller + guide vane" is the core functional module of a fluid transport system. It is primarily used to change the direction of the fluid, increase pressure, and stabilize flow, and is widely adaptable to industrial and civilian applications requiring both pressurization and pipeline reversal.
Impeller: As the power core, it converts mechanical energy into the kinetic and pressure energy of the fluid through rotation, providing power for fluid transport and determining the system's pressurization capacity.
Guide vane: Receives the high-speed fluid output from the impeller and, through a special flow channel design, further converts kinetic energy into pressure energy, while eliminating eddies, stabilizing the flow, and avoiding energy loss.
Elbow: Installed before the fluid enters the impeller or after it exits the guide vane, it changes the fluid's flow direction (e.g., 90°, 45° turn), adapting to complex pipeline layouts and allowing the system to more flexibly adapt to installation space.
